Ensuring your product is delivered in tact

What’s our track record for intact deliveries?

Exceptional! We pack (see next) and deliver direct from the decoration process to the client minimising handling.

How are the mugs packaged for freighting?

For smaller orders, loose cartons are double boxed and foam chip filled to ensure safest delivery.

For larger orders, cartons are packed and dispatched on a skid or pallet.

How many mugs per carton?

There are 36 mugs per carton (or 24 mugs, if ordering the tall Fuji mugs).

Can you guarantee a delivery date?

Unless notified or arranged otherwise, we will dispatch the order according to the date specified on the signed artwork approval form. However, as no freight forwarder guarantees on-time deliveries, we are unable to accept responsibility for delayed deliveries beyond our control.

What is a futile delivery?

Sometimes, for whatever reason a delivery cannot be delivered. ro example nobody to receive and sign for the delivery. In such cases the freight company will contact us to advise of the attempted delivery, and to reconfirm address and contact details. However, this may incur a second charge for the delivery attempt, which we will need to invoice.

Who delivers the mugs?

A number of reputable freight companies are used for deliveries and dependent on the size of the order and intended destination.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in Australia and Overseas. We can arrange delivery anywhere a freight company has access to. There can be some exceptions due to countries with  political unrest, security issues or otherwise. Contact our office to determine the best method of delivery for your order if unsure. We will of course, prepare the cartons for jet-set travel.

Can you split deliveries?

Yes – additional packaging and freight charges apply. We are unable to accept responsibility for any breakages which may occur during deliveries to additional addresses.
