FAQ – Artwork

Initial stage to ensure a quality print

What is an artwork approval form?

An artwork approval form is a template showing the artwork, mocked, to size, on the mug style chosen, with print colours indicated for all positions. This artwork approval form should CAREFULLY checked to ensure accuracy for your logo, spelling, text style and colours. Once you have checked all the details carefully and everything is correct then the art sheet must be signed and return emailed to sales@pascallp.com.au.

Any errors found in the artwork needs to be addressed and indicated changes sent to our office by email. The art changes will be made and another artwork approval sheet  will be supplied. This process continues until the artwork sheet is signed, approved and return emailed  to sales@mugs.allpromotionalproductsaustralia.com.au.

Production will not begin until the final artwork signed is received to ensure quality decoration of the mug selected

The artwork approval sheet that we provide will also have the PMS colours specifed for approval and cross checking.   Online Chart    Note: Computer screens do not provide accurate representations of colours due to screen resolutions and setup - to be used as a guide only.
